    Yes, get 2 it is much better. It is not as good of a calorie burner as Cathe's various KB workouts IMHO, but it's a fun alternative.

    Try this. If you feel hungry, eat fruit or vegetable. Nobody ever got fat from eating too many apples or carrot sticks. If you say to yourself, but I really want that cookie instead, that's not hunger. That's a preference for calorie-dense food.

    I am commando also, but be sure they have a gusset if you do this. I have mistakenly bought some on sale without closely examining them, and they don't have a gusset so now I wear a thong with them. It doesn't feel as good.

    If you're only doing cardio 3x a week, it won't hurt to do more. I do it every day. Some days it's only 30 min, but usually an hour. Sometimes 1 1/2 hours on long cardio days (2x a week). You'll have to try it and see. But it won't hurt you to up it. It may help to know that many weight loss...
