    You might try using Greek Yogurt in the smoothie as it has a lot more protein than regular yogurt. (17 g per 6 oz in the Fage brand). That's not much less than you'd get in a scoop of protein powder. My son does NOT eat enough protein so I'm constantly looking for ways to sneak it in. ;)

    Too many step workouts makes my legs look bulky. I'd suggest cutting way back on your step workouts. Running, plyo workouts, kickboxing, body weight lower body work & floorwork help out my thighs. Good luck!

    Another vote for NPR. :) You'll be so busy THINKING you won't notice there's no visual. IMO, TV news shows tend to play "follow the leader". They all pick one story and go round and round on it until they beat it to death, then move on to their next "big" story which usually involves a celebrity.
