Anyone listen to this show? Just heard that Don's wife Freda, a regular on the show, was killed in a car accident last week. Don made a tribute to her today on the show. I'm still crying. Very sad. She was only 50. Mar:(

I agree with LauraMax. I also think Cardio Kicks is a great workout. All three have a little bit of everything. I love them all and since there are not alot of KB workouts out there with Cathe's intensity, I would get them all...
