    Cardio Coach Vol. 8.....how'd you do?

    I'm with Rhonda, I didn't do any running on this one, but it killed me! I made it into a good power walking workout and maintained 4.0 mph for the entire workout and went to 10% incline on all the hills. That was really tortuous (for me) on challenge 2. Though I'm not crazy about an all hill...

    Ok, I cheated. I went for a long morning walk and did Muscle Endurance. I knew I wouldn't be able to get through all of CCPP, so I did Vol 6 w/Sean. It was calling for me and I haven't done that one in so long. I'll do CCPP first thing tomorrow though.
