    Hi Cathe, In the Max Intensity Strength video you do specify that it is not an aerobic w/o (btw, one of my favs for strength), and what about Body Max (both 1 and 2)? Where do they fall? Cardio? Strength? Hiit? HIT? Circuit? Cannot seem to place them...:):o
