    Cereal - What kind do you eat?

    Sounds like Kashi is the winner! I started with Kashi cold cereals-- all of them:) Now I am hooked on the oatmeal! My favorite is the cinnamon flavor. I also add more cinnamon, licethin (sp?), nuts & raisins. Like ice cream, oatmeal needs something added to chew :9

    weight selection

    I've been doing your workouts for about 5 mo. now. LOVE THEM!! I have always wondered, when you mention the weight you use, when using a barbell, are you including the bar weight? Also, what size/weight bar do you use? P.S. You are such a great example for women/fitness!! You're a GODSEND...
