    STS Cardio days

    I run 2 days a week and then do some sort of video on the third day. I either do the IMAX2 which I have on my dvr from Fit TV, or Jillian Michaels new circuit wo, Boost Metabolism or something like that is the name, or Turbo Jam style.

    Wall Squats

    I had that problem too, and a few others around here....I think the consensus (is that spelled right? ;-) ) is that we needed to stand our feet farther out straight away from the wall. I'm doing legs again on Friday and plan to try that.

    Paper plates.

    I bought the really cheap grocery store paper plates and they did great on my carpet this morning.....those plates really make those moves tough....I love it! So that probably makes me an odd ball too :-)

    Anyone else have a hubby doing STS with them?

    I'm with you girl, my DH has so many shows on the DVR each week and hates to be "sore" as he says so he won't do anything....I can sometimes get him to run on the treadmill, but weights are out, and so far, he hasn't been on that treadmill since Thanksgiving.....

    There was a thread somewhere where Cathe recommended it and I know for sure I'm going to do at least Meso #1 in 2 months by doing all of week one twice, then all of week 2 twice, etc. and then see if I want to do the other ones twice as well.....GL!

    I talked my parents into buying me STS for Christmas so I don't know the order # but it was in December.....guess I'll have to wait a little longer....but I know it'll be well worth it.....plus, I still have to finish my 1RMs ! :-) I'm just glad to have the order and know it'll be here soon!

    1rm easier than you think

    Hey guys, completely new around here and trying to figure out everything for STS.....so, I printed the card.....do I just go through each exercise to figure out 1RM for each exercise and then calculate the 60% for each one for the first cycle? Thanks
