Who Avoids Floorwork?
I don't do it because i smply can't handle it at this time. I guess when my legs get stronger then I can do those hip lift bent leg things. That seems to go on forever. I have been doing fine with just standing routines. The results are showing too.

How old is your Step?
My step is 8 years old and it's still holding up pretty good. I have the turquoise step that Cathe uses in Low Impact step.
