I agree w/ what everyone said...STS and STS TB are different, which is a good thing since variety is wonderful for the muscles. I think the STS program is a must have. It's expensive but worth every penny. Cathe has had it on the Daily Deal several times so watch for it and when it comes up...

I agree on giving the Patagonia a try. I've never worn their undies but their shirts, socks, jackets (even dresses I have) I love. They are great quality company so I'd go ahead and splurge on one pair of the undies to see how you like them. Let us know if you try them.

As the other girls said, no worries on having DOMS for a week. I've been weight training for years and get varied amounts of soreness...anywhere from one day to a week.

I'm so sorry. I can't imagine the pain of losing a sibling, especially one that has young children. My prayers are with you and your family.

What I do that only takes a few minutes is go to the premix section of each workout, write down each exercise w/ the reps and in pencil write down the weight I use. I erase and change as I need to. I would probably prefer to have actual workout cards too but this has worked fine.
