LOL... I had to have 9 teeth pulled a few years ago, and about a year ago had all my implants finished... I KNOW how you feel, but, because its in the back I wouldn't worry about it..I LOVE my implants but unless its preventing you from chewing, I would say relax and leave it...You can't see it...

I would say off white.. or, get some dyeable shoes, and have them colored to match the dress.. Seems that she's pretty relaxed about her bridesmaids matching. I think 2 or 3 different shades of yellow would look nice together.
