    I second that. Maybe not having someone facing backwards the whole DVD, but maybe a separate section of the DVD with someone doing the routine backward. There are a few moves I just can't seem to quite get and see them in the right direction would probably really help.

    Great question. I've recently started using Almond Breeze (mostly in my smoothies) and I love it! The carton says good for 7-10 days after opening, but I've used it longer. I've probably used some that's been open 3 weeks, and it was perfectly fine.

    Elliptical + Cardio Coach = LOVE!!!

    I'm a huge fan of CC myself - I have volumes 5, 6, and 7. I'm scared to get 8! It might kill me. I also do them on the elliptical and burn a lot of extra calories by using CC instead of just going at my own pace.
