You can always call your pharmacist too-- they sometimes have better luck getting in to speak with your doctor if you've reported problems. They are qualified to understand your symptoms but cannot offer you medical advice-- only your doctor can do that, and never anyone over the internet...

Dela I'm confused: don't both the weighted and non-weighted gloves offer sizing options? I have a pair of medium non-weighted gloves that fit just fine. I've tried the small ones and had trouble getting them on/off!

Don't do anything different!! Including what you do during the run... I tried a new drink once on a long run and thank goodness it wasn't during the run itself... OW. If they are passing out (for example) Gatorade and you aren't used to it, don't take it. :P

Dani I haven't been allowed to practice law; passing the bar exam is the final step, then I'm sworn in as an officer of the court, then I can practice. :) At this point I'm not going to practice- I'm going to focus on my health for a bit and see what I can do to start my own thing. I'll help...

Last night DH and I shared a bottle of champagne over pizza and a Magnum P.I. episode. :D Tonight my parents are taking me to Chili's for nachos and margaritas. (Their choice on that one; I confess I don't know why!) Pretty much the celebration will continue the REST OF MY LIFE. :cool:

I am cracking up remembering the first time I got a "ma'am". I was at a college campus bookstore and the guy was my age-- EIGHTEEN!!! :o :o :O I think I made an impression with my response... :p Now, at 31, I just thank the people for calling me "miss" rather than "ma'am" or I'll tease someone...

I have three skirts (all with shorts, but beware not every pair has them- read carefully!). At my bootcamp class this year I instituted "Summer Skirt Fridays" since everyone said mine was so cute but they'd never know when to wear one. ;) My favorite is an Athleta skirt, and I have an Adidas...

My cats join me for the stretches, and usually for yoga if I set out individual (bath) mats for them. LOL! My boy loves loves loves helping me do downward dog... he lays out on his back underneath me and looks up at me. :cool: :D

Kathryn it may just be named Abs and Pushups for marketing reasons-- if you are trying to sell a workout I'd think you just have to name it what people are looking for (those "mirror" muscles)!
