    Like Natalie, I also use it for cooking - I only use coconut oil or extra virigin olive oil. Gives a really nice flavor to the food and a great source of healthy fats!

    Quick question about the gloves Cathe and the girls are wearing in this workout - are they just fitness gloves or are they specific to kickbox for a certain purpose? I imagine they are not weighted. Might be a stupid question but I'm genuinely curious! :) TIA!

    Do you workout for more than an hour?

    I try to keep my workouts to one hr per day. The longest workout I do is Body Max 2 at 1 1/2 hours. And I don't do it that often. I also stick to 1 workout per day. As much I love working out, I don't want to burn out either or risk getting injured. I also just don't have enough hours in the day...

    Fun thread! My first DVD workout was Crunch Cardio Sculpt with Violet Zaki. Great beginner workout, I might add. It was my first introduction to weights and I haven't turned back from weight training since!

    Imax 3 for me. Took me forever to get to a point where I didn't need to stop for air. For the LIS series, it's Afterburn. Fast mountain climbers = thighs on fire!!
