    Kickbox Needed!

    I agree. More heavy bag workouts. If we are all going to be buying a heavy bag then it would be nice to have more workouts to do with it. This would be great for guys. My husband's not gonna do step aerobics but I think I might be able to get him to hit a bag with me.

    If your a healthy weight but are flabby and don't like the way you look than focus on exercise. Figure out how many calories you should be eating to maintain your weight. Then be patient and let the exercise turn your flab to fabulous.

    Having trouble running

    I'd recommend doing 2 minute intervals of very fast running with walking. It will strengthen the heart quicker than a steady pace. It's not as boring too. JodelleFitz20 replied on your always hungry thread. She is a big runner and a fitness instructor. She would have good advice.

    It does sound like you are already at a healthy weight. It depends on how tall you are. From what I've read you should be eating 1300 to lose. Just never go below 1200.
