    Tracy's Sweatfest or High Intinsity?

    Does anyone have any advice on Tracy's DVD's. I have heard some bad reviews about her cueing and the intinsity. I have to say that I am usually disapointed with most workout's with the exception of Cathe (of course) and Amy Bento. Any input would be greatly appreciated.

    Do step's wear out? I have gone through two in three years. They seem to squeak everytime my foot hits the step. Has anyone else come accross this?
