    I am currently doing weight watchers online. I think it works for me cause I enjoy using all the tools and message boards. I have lost a total of 30 pounds and am still going strong. You do have to be ready to make a change and be self-motivated though!

    How often do you weigh yourself?

    Congrats on reaching your goal weight! I am also doing weight watchers - and I totally hear you about the scale not being a friend. If I weigh in more than once a week - I do the same thing (regardless of if I'm up or down). Its better for me to just weigh in once a week!

    Thanks for posting this - totally hits home with me! I am a teacher - talk about a job where there is CONSTANTLY unhealthy options. Not only are parents always bringing in snacks to put in the lounge, but school lunches aren't as healthy as they should be. I eat the same thing every day...

    No matter how hard I try - and how slow I go - I can NOT do fast foot repeaters on Step Blast. I just stick with regular repeaters. What about you?
