    Laura, I don't eat breakfast at home because I don't have time. I take with me a 1/2 of uncooked oats and 1 or 2 hardboiled eggs with me in the morning and make it at work. I cook my oats in the microwave and have it down to a science. I was like you NEVER ate breakfast but that has helped...

    Get the book because it is very easy to follow and you can sub things in and out if you don't like fish and such. What nice is Southbeach does reintroduces carbs but the healthy ones. For me it finally got me to lose and I have maintain fairly well on my own. Therese
