    I can't get workout manager to load up for me tonight. Am I the only one? :( From time to time I have these problems with my computer (stupid Safari), so it very well might just be me. (I really just wanted to find out how many calories I burned doing Cario Core circuit. Does anyone know?)

    Peak Fit Challenge/Michelle Dozois - For Advanced Exercisers?

    Cardio Strength is for advanced exercisers IMO. It's tough. I do mostly Cathe workouts, and I have a trainer, and I believe this workout is pretty comparable as far as difficulty. Lots of compound moves and good cardio segments.

    Every year, my DH puts together an imovie with clips from the year and background music. We started this when we had our first baby... two more kids later, we're still doing it. It's like a video babybook. We give them to our parents each year too, and they love it.

It really is frustrating to me that when the country is experiencing an obesity epidemic that the powers that be find it appropriate to somehow yank health and fitness shows and replace them with freak shows.     I'm 5'2" have tried 5 risers, but it was VERY difficult. I was huffing and puffing... Given, I HATE, LOATHE and DESPISE leg presses with a purple passion... I use only 4 risers when I do do them. :p
