    Linda, WOW on the bpm/heart rate of 170-179!!!!! Most I ever got mine up to was 170, but usually 165 is the limit for me. According to my machine (elliptical), it says my avg heart rate is 143bpm for 80% mhr which I think is close to accurate, but I feel like it should be more like 150.
