Actually I broke my ankle falling in a step class! I was lucky enough to have a walking cast so I was mobile. I did a stationary bike for cardio and all kinds of Cathe for upper body. I hope you have a quick recovery.

I also used the Timesaver when I was new to Cathe. The step routines were short enough so I could learn them. It was easy to pick up other Cathe routines. I love the whole Body Blast series.

I know I have trouble with this. Lately I've been doing the 4DS which I like. I used to alternate cardio days and weight days. I think I like 4DS better!I think we were all brainwashed to think more cardio was better!

I agree with the chiropractor recommendation. He has done wonders for my lower back pain. Mine was definitely muscular and his treatments cured it and also helped me stretch more.
