I'm training for a half marathon. 3days running, 2days upper body splits (Xtrain/STS) & 1 day plyo or horizontal conditioning.

Tues- hill repeats run
Wed- Bi & TRI
Thurs- tempo run
Fri- HC or plyo
Sat- long run
