    I Survived Plyo Legs What an awesome workout. I love everything about it. It was tough but I really enjoyed it. By working my legs twice a week in the cycle, I hope to see some great results. I can't wait to do the next workout.

    Disc 25 completed today and I like the slower pace and the set # of reps. The rest period didn't seem as long as they sound (3 mins) and I enjoyed having the time to get some nice long stretchs in between the sets, especially for the back. This type of workout is perfect after recovery week...

    Meso 1 legs

    Another option that was recommended was to use your step and place your weights on top or you can stand your weights up instead of lying them flat.

    I am going to try to alternate between the two. I am changing my schedule to Sun Tue & Thurs so I may add the squat rack option using the vest to my Sat workout.

    I am doing the vibrant cleanse (lemonade diet). I usually do it 3 X a year and I am able to keep up with my workouts.

    What are you doing for recovery week? I started a 5 day fast and plan to run, but the weather isn't pleasant right now and I am fighting a slight cold. So I am going to power max and legs w/o weights.

    Done with Meso 2 - anyone else?

    M2 completed this morning. I feel like such a weakling when doing biceps. My heaviest weight is 25 lbs, I tried to start with 30 but could only do about 5 with good form. I am looking for to the recovery week.

    WOW!!again Disc 23

    Cathy I had plan to do low max premix 1 and disc 23 this morning, but left my DVD at work. I am so glad that plan didn't pan out. After doing disc 23, I now know that I would not have been able to do both. Those low end lunges are no joke. I have just started view M3.

    For me it was the kickboxing the day before legs. All those kicks and then the next day legs.

    Lower back strain...forced rest week

    Connie I hurt my back after doing disc 14 and I was out for the rest of the week. So listen to your body and return back to STS slowly. Be mindful of how much weight you are lifting especially doing deadlifts. I hope you feel better soon. The heating pad became my best friend.
