    taking any new members? can I join this group? I have been working on clean eating for an entire three days now! I eat way too much sugar which may be (?) the reason my things look so bad. I am waiting on those books from Amazon.

    Thank you. I used to be here but some unsettling things in my life got the best of me and now I am back. I don't remember my email or password (pre-menopause is to blame, I think) and I need more coffee and I can't do cardio like I used to. I hurt my back. Too gung-ho, that's for sure!
