    Nutrisystem + BBC = Results

    How challenging is the cardio in BBC? I love tough stuff. Cathe has some awesome workouts and I really like her style. How do you think BBC compares? Also, is is possible to string BBC cardio (non-treadmill) into one longer workout for more intensity? Thanks Kristen
