    Protein tablets work?

    If the label says '4 tablets - 3 times a day' will provide 7 grams of protein...should I expect my body to absorb all of that, or just a portion of the 7 grams?     question about core work

    I went through the same awkwardness when I started doing core work. What worked for me was give it time and focus 100% on the muscle being used/worked. After 3 to 4 weeks I began to feel strong in the core area. It's a great feeling isn't it?!

    Side effects of going off the bc pill?

    I want to go off the birth control pill. I've been on them for 20 years and I want to be pill free to see how I would feel. Have any of you done this? Did you experience any side effects? If so, what were they? Thanks everyone.
