    I think those books are horse***t to be quite honest. I lost close to 80 pounds at 41. I don't believe that midlife has anything to do with it. Eat right and exercise and you won't gain that 15 pounds. Be a counch potato and pound down the Twinkies and you will. That simple.

    PS has been the best leg workout I've ever had. The floor work is especially effective. I go as heavy as I possibly can on that (right now 10 lbs of ankle weight and the body bar). It's given me great leg definition. I do it once every three days, so I guess that's 2x week.
