I just called the allergy place to see what the results of my test, which was done two years ago. I could'nt remember. They said I have a moderate/slight allergy to soy. A 2 on a scale of 4. So, I guess this could be the problem. They also said I "scored" the same for peanuts.

I get up at 4:30 and workout at 5. I've found that eating more in the first 1/2 of my day keeps me fueled the rest of the day. I go to bed around 10.

Thanks, ladies. As always you were honest and straightforward in your responses. I'm def. going to cut down on the shakes and bars, eat more "real" sources of those protein, but really cut down on the protein in general. And I'm going to check all the labels for "mystery" ingredients!!
