If you were on vacation with your family and your 2 year old,only child, became sick with a fever, would you let your 75 year old parents, who babysit 3 days a week, care for the child so that you could go to an amusement park? I think I would stay. What do you think?

As Tracy said, you will peel and need to exfoliate. I use mine everynight and once I get over the initial peeling, I am fine. As I said the two lesser spots are gone and the other one is going. I just have to be diligent using my sunscreen every day.

The only thing that helped me was Retin A. I tried the hydroquinone and every otc product there is. I finally got the retin a from alldaychemists. It completely got rid of two on my nose but the third seems to be a little more stubborn!
