    Happy Friday!!:D Thursday's workout was from Michael Olajide's System of Sleek. Burn, which is 10 minutes of mostly jump roping. I did it twice, chased by the Express workout which is 21 minutes of boxing. Fast & intricate drills, but really fun. Hope you Ladies have a great weekend.:)
