    I go to an academy level stylist named Cheryl, and she charges $65. It is the best $65 I have ever spent. I live about an hour away, plus NYC parking lol, and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Who cuts your hair Nancy?

    Mattea, You're making me hungry! You could also do fruit and cool whip or a yogurt/granola/fruit kind of thing. Low fat muffins aren't a bad idea. And there is a recipe for cookies on Kashi Cinna Raisin cereal that I've always wanted to try!

    Try Amazon.com instead. When I bought the entire Hardcore series but knew I wouldn't use a few of them, I sold them on Amazon.

    Benefit of Endurance + Strength Rotation?

    Hi everyone, When I do a rotation, I usually choose strength or endurance. I am wondering if there is any benefit to doing a strength and endurance combo rotation. For example, PH one day a week and PS series one day a week (although that would be a really long workout!). What do you think?

    New to Forum: Workout Schedule

    Welcome! I try my best to workout in the morning. It just makes me feel better during the day. However, sometimes if I haven't slept well the night before, it just isn't happening, and I wait until after dinner. Do what feels best for you and fits your schedule.
