Janice, you might want to try a local library or college library. Often, you can request those journals and they may be able to order them. You might only be able to read them in the library, but you could copy them to bring home. It would be cheaper that way! - Tina

I do the same as everyone else- I eat a small snack at work (usually a yogurt with kashi crunch mixed in) and then when i get home, I let the dogs out, read the mail, and get to work. Some days it is REALLLLY hard, but you try. Don't get hard on yourself if you miss a day here or there. :) - Tina

Hey all, I'm walking in graduation today, I've earned my masters ( in teaching) I have such mixed feelings! I am happy it is over, at the same time, i'm really just another adult out there just looking for a job... its just so weird! I think I just hate not knowing what tomorrow will bring...

I love sm, it just feels so wonderful to relax and stretch. I do like the yoga components too, without going to an hour or two long class. I just shut the lights in the room, shut the door, take my shoes off and relax. It's the best 20 minutes!!

I am waiting for snow in NY too! I hope I have a snow day tomorrow ( I teach middle school) The teachers are more excited about snow days than the students :)
