    I consider kettlebells kind of circuit training so I like them and try to do two per week, but my first love is splitting the bodyparts up and hitting them hard once a week along with interval cardio and steady state.

    Just popping in to say since my hip replacement, I simply cannot squat deep during the kettlebell workouts, I just go as far down as I can.

    Uh back away from the clenbuterol darlin'. I am a former bodybuilder and never took any drugs at all but everyone else did. Clen is a cutting drug, its illegal, its an amphetamine and has the potential to be very dangerous, especially since you have to get it from Mexico or wherever they import...

    reducing cardio

    I do lots and lots of cardio and love to lift heavier weights...this works pretty good for me, especially if my diet isn't perfect.

    What to do if your child is being picked on

    I agree with Gayle and the others who said maybe he just isn't into sports? I daresay Bill Gates wasn't a star athlete growing up (maybe he was,but I doubt it!)...is your son interested in art, music, computers? Find something that he likes that will help build his confidence!:)

    I know I can handle Imax 2 without too many modifications...I had a hip replaced last year..but Imax 3 kills my joints. Your suggestion is a good one thanks!

    Go get him the "bible" of bodybuilding...the Arnold book, its huge, I believe its called the Encyclopedia of Bodybuilding or something like that. Its a real "man's" book, and will get him all excited about lifting...:) I agree with the others, leave it alone and help by leaving books or mags...

    Spinning Class in the A.M. - Advice??

    That pain actually goes away..I think you just get numb or something. I use a gel cushion that I used to bring to class, now I have my own spin bike at home and do the Spinervals workouts. I love to spin, there is a slight dread factor though..

    Foot Fettish???

    I slather on Vaseline before I put my workout socks on...after I workout my feet are super soft. I do this almost every morning. I also use a callous razor you can get at most stores actually, and use it once a week on my feet. I despise callouses and get them on the sides of my big toes...
