    Sarbear wow, I've had my monitor for at least 7 years and I use it every time I work out. I've replaced my battery once. I found when it kept losing my heart rate that it needed a new battery. Hope you find one you like.

    Sarbear, STS Meso 2 is my favorite cycle of the STS series. Have fun. This morning was XTrain Burn sets chest,back, shoulders and core 1. I love the straight forward lifting in this workout. I'm cleaning up my eating. I would like to lose some weight for our summer vacation.

    I've done mostly Amy's cardio. I have given up on her step workouts. They where to complicated for me. I would get so frustrated that I didn't get a good workout. I like some of her kickboxing videos. She is more choreographed than Cathe and KCM. She uses pumping music that keeps you moving.:)...

    OMG, Mary! I definitely could not eat that rabbit. I would be begging for them to let it loose. I am surprised to have doms in my quads, inner thighs and hamstrings from yesterday's workout. This morning was a short yoga session.

Sometimes I do sprints with little resistance, sometimes more resistance for hills, and sometimes a lot of resistance to do standing hills. It just depends on my energy and...

    This morning I did KCM home gym intervals using my bike and own music. I find Kelly's music not very motivating, so I put my iPod on and ear buds in. I just watch Sam. She walks when they are getting ready to do the weight segments.

    This morning I did RWH chest, shoulders, triceps. Skipping the finishers. I did start my morning with a bit of shoveling. I also got s great back and core workout while raking some snow off the pool. I had to wear my snowshoes to get out to the pool. So, I guess I got some cardio too. ;)

    It's been a few days since I checked in. Yesterday I did RWH Low impact HiiT #2. This morning I did xtrain burnsets chest, back,& shoulders plus core 1. Pleased with my workout. I went up in weights for chest and up in to failure reps for back an shoulders. :)

    I did go snowshoeing in my back yard with my dog and 13yr old ds. The snow is so deep that I really had to lift my legs. I could feel it in my quads and glutes. :)
