Lately when I am doing cardio, my toes start tingling about halfway through the workout. I recently replaced my athletic socks and they seem to be thicker than the last set I bought. I also replaced my cross-trainers as well. I went up a half size as suggested by the salesperson and they seem...
It is definitely worth $20. I get bored real easy so this was a nice change of pace.
If you can master Cathe's step choreography, you can handle Hip Hop Abs.
Shaun T makes the workout fun without the dread factor.
When you sign up for Team Beachbody they assign a coach to you. There are past threads on this forum about some of the better coaches (like mine). You can request a change if you don't like who is assigned.
They were special deals offered to the coaches by Beachbody that they would pass on to their customers. She knew which workouts I was interested in so when the specials were announced, she would send me an e-mail.
You get more personal service when you order through a coach. Whenever a new flavor of Shakeology would come out, my coach would send me samples. She would also tell me about special sales that weren't offered to the public.
I just checked my power company's website and this is what I found:

I live by myself in a two story townhouse that was built in 1972 (its a POS house). My electricity bill last month was $341.00. When I got that bill, I started turning off the heater and unplugging all small appliances that might be using power. That dropped the bill to around $200.00. Now, I...
Would puzzle mats work placed over carpet? The sub-floor in my gym room (upstairs bedroom) is shot. I can't do any cardio because it hurts my legs too much and I can't afford to replace it right now.
I never realized how tight my neck and shoulders had gotten until I quit weightlifting while I was going through physical therapy for vertigo. My PT told me to do cardio only if it didn't aggravate my situation (which it did some days). I slowly started to ease back into lifting (once or twice...
I did the test again just to make sure and it came up mesomorph again. I did some research online for this body type (don't remember what website I was on) and it said to do circuit training, yoga and cardio (step, dance, kickbox, etc.)
When I did the test, I came up as a mesomorph. I should be doing more circuit training instead of heavy lifting. I had been going about working out all wrong. Thanks for posting this!
I agree. Every show is about the "latest and greatest" find in weight loss, nutrition, etc. My mother is a sucker. She buys everything he plugs on his show and with no results (weight loss, better skin, etc.) I might add.
