Never heard of alexrod. I'll have to look when I go to the market again for a fat free vanilla [I hate plain ff] with lower sugar content. Isn't it crazy that we consumers don't want all that sugar, it costs more for the company to make, and it's still in there. Makes no sense to me......

I love the stonyfield farm organic fat free french vanilla yogurt. It is 180 calories and 33 grams sugar per serving. Is this too much sugar? It is actually a bit too sweet for my taste but it's the closest yogurt I have found to my liking. I wish these companies would cut back on the sugar...

I'm sure that is good too but I am really craving the PF chang version. it's fantastic. thought maybe I could trim it back a bit by reducing the oil or baking the tofu. If I happen to figure it out I'll be sure to share it with everyone.

Hey thanks for sharing the recipes you found! I found those too but can't find any information on "minced vegetable sauce" or procedure and mesurements. I even tried a search for it on tv food networks food dictionary. This is not easy for sure. You would think there would be a definitive reipe...

I'm looking for the recipe for PF Changs China Bistro vegetarian lettuce wraps. Does anyone have it? I posted on the open discussion side. Thought maybe someone here had it. They make a wonderful dinner entree. Even tofu haters love these wraps!

I love the vegetarian lettuce wraps at PF Changs China Bistro. I have looked and looked on line but cant find a real recipe for it. Does anyone know how to make them? They are sooo tasty and filling enough to eat as a dinner entree.

I am not the expert here but wanted to say I always try for nutrition in the natural form. it just seems right to me. Just my opinion.
