    I have been on an impromptu road trip to San Luis Obispo, Pismo beach, Pasadena, the Descanso Gardens, and the Los Angeles County Arboretum. My youngest cousin turned one on April 30. And, then I decided to take pictures for a week.

    Woo hoo on beating your sister! I am feeling a bit better, GI tract is ok, I'm a little congested from my spring allergies. I need to clean my room and vacuum, too much cat hair in here. I have a seminar tomorrow. I might try to do something exercise like today.

    What Time Of Day Do You Like To Start Your Workout?

    I prefer to workout in the afternoon, but I don't digest :(my food very well anymore, so I must workout first thing in the morning so that I don't :eek:puke.
