So I am enjoying the app lots of workouts, lots of info, meal ideas, articles etc
Today was cardio
The max program is all full body workouts, so I will see if i do this or do a hybrid with her other programs
I did back bis today
So i broke down and I am going to try the CGX app, I only did a month but she is releasing a new series Monday, I think going to see what the app is all about
