Hi - I'm having the same "no volume" problem with Cathe Live in my iPad, but my iPad is much older (iPad 4) and I don't have that mute button. I am able to play Cathe Live video through a web browser on my iPad.

I've chimed in elsewhere, but Cathe Live has no audio on my iPad 4 or iPhone 7. This is a new development since a week or so ago. If I use the Airpods, I can hear the workouts, but I don't want to use the Airpods. I've deleted and reinstalled the apps, rebooted both devices, still no sound...

I have the exact same problem as Maria. Can hear Cathe Live audio only through airpods. I've deleted the app, reinstalled, restarted, disconneced Bluetooth, etc. with no luck. Cathe Live has no audio on either my iPad or iPhone 7. Cathe on Demand does have sound on my iPad and iPhone.
