    Squat - free/Lunge - free Rotation??

    Then my suggestion would be to do any rotation but when you get to one that calls for Butts & Guts, or Legs & Glutes, etc., just do the floor work from them. If you have to, do them twice. That should keep your legs lean and defined. Just a thought.

    Better results working out at home, or gym...does anyone know?

    I have only worked out at home and my results have been amazing. If I depended on going to a gym, I'd never go. I just moved my workout equipment in a larger room and I now have a mini-gym. I could train people in it if I wanted too. :)

    Teddygirl - At work we have a water cooler that has hot and cold water. I just run the hot water over the oats and immediately put the BSN over it. I stir it up and eat it. I cannot stand soggy oats. This way they are fresh and chewy. At home I have a Hot Shot and do the same thing with that.
