    My jaw feels just fine. But, I my mouth has been watering a little more than usual. And, my glands under my chin are swollen. Weird: my ankles are swollen (had too much sodium) but I'm down a couple of pounds.

    Me neither, I can't get MSG at all. That is an instant headache. Yeah, I can't wear my glasses while working out, but I do use solar spectrum bulbs in my workout room. My glasses are too weird and orange to be seen in! I didn't know that yeast extract and caramel color were MSG, oh my goodness...

    I did 10 minutes of cardio with Petra Kolber called Dance off Belly Fat, its one of the 10 min. Solution discs. For me, thats a big deal. I haven't done a DVD workout since before my surgery!!!     I use Spark People. Its a free website. Their app doesn't work as well as the website version. They have a meal tracker and workout tracker as well as a community of forums (similar to this one.) for a lot of different kinds of issues, everything from weight loss to special diets. Its awesome...

    I worked on cleaning my room yesterday. I have to do that before I can do anything else. My PT has me doing special exercises to loosen up and relax my pelvis. They aren't hard to do, I just have found myself to be so tired that I don't end up doing them. Thats totally silly. But, it's the truth.

    My kitty was ok. I'm still dealing with some pelvic pain, apparently I have nerve pain. Ugh. Anywho, so, my doctor has me get acupuncture and do PT exercises.

    I went to Oakland for a day. It was ok. I attended a seminar about accessibility. You might find it interesting, but accessibility for the disabled on gym equipment is already part of the ADA.
