    It really sounds like you would love BootCamp/Muscle Endurance. There are men in the Bootcamp dvd, too. I love Cardio Kicks, too! No step, and men are in the cast, as well. Wow, isn't Cathe great? Such a variety of workouts! Something for just about everyone....

    Hi! I do mainly Cathe, and once in a while Jari. I don't do it on my own. For me, it would be kinda boring without a dvd. I probably wouldn't push myself as hard on my own, either. Cathe really gets me motivated!!!!:-) ~~~Nancy J.~~~~
