My thoughts exactly! I don't think this statement is as harsh as someone letting their dangerous (and previous attacks does make the dog dangerous, I don't care how cute he looks curled up by the fire or how sweet he is to you!) dog off lease and endangering others because they are too damn...

I'm in California too and I so hear what you are saying. What pisses me off even more, is that they want to keep raising taxes, registration fees and so on. What difference does that make when the same people are going to keep mismanaging the money?:mad:
