    Step Risers

    I have the same step and risers as you. Just ordered more risers(the black ones) to use with STS. I just assumed that they would work. I also ordered the slanted risers. I really hope that they work.......:confused:

    Chalean Extreme??? really???

    I loved this system. It helped me lose 20lbs that I had gained over the years. Plus, with all the compound moves, these workouts packed a lot in 30 minutes.

    How do you find the time????

    I wake up at about 5:30 am. This gives me an hour to workout before I have to wake up the kids for school. This is pretty much the only time that I get to workout..............

    Fiber Gourmet Brownies

    I haven't tried those but beachbody had a recipe in their newsletter this week. You use your regular brownie mix. The only thing that you add is a can of black beans (rinsed & pureed) and 1/4 cup water. I made these and my whole family loved them. The brownies actually taste better this way...

    Help! I've done Insanity and I can't get up!!

    I totally remember feeling like this as well. However, I felt a great sense of accomplishment when I would finish a workout. By month 2, the warm-up will actually feel like a warm-up. :p This program is great for building endurance.
