    Hi Kathy Thanks for taking the time out to try and get me past this plateau. I'm 35 and weigh 138-140lbs (want to get to 126) and 5ft 4in tall. Not sure about body fat % - but from estimates, it's been around 30% (which I think is quite high) but I do have a 'covering'! Exercise...
