    I did The Terminator Viper and it was intense! I do like Cathe's longer workouts but I think I'll be taking a day off tomorrow! I'm filing away all these YouTube channels to try, I've only ever done Jessica Smith and Yoga with Adrienne. Hope everyone's having a great day!

    I did Cathe's Greatest Hits Step and honestly should have just done one of the Terminator workouts as so much of the footage was from the Intensity series (it did have good music!) Caroline Girvan sounds great! There are so many fantastic workout channels. Enjoy your day, everyone!

    I found this one and wow!! It is a fabulous workout! Any similar workouts of yours like it in your DVD catalog? I thought it would be like Body Max or BM 2 but found this had my heart rate up nonstop for almost the whole class because of the continual shifts from lb to ub and back.
