    Which workouts have you done so far?

    I did Athletic Training yesterday and it kicked my butt! I had to take little breaks several times. The first 30 minutes are just straight cardio with very few breaks! I'm a regular Cathe loyalist, and this one was tough! I guess I've been neglecting my cardio! Can't wait to try the rest!
