    Do not dispair..:D They take time...If you keep at it you will succeed. Ok now all you have to do is keep at it. When i was starting i would just do them whenever i had some time..so do your 3 whenever you can. also you can do them on your kitchen counters (easier) and work your way lower...

    Also for some odd reason (for me anyways) you can't lift as much :confused: For example i can bi-cep curl 20 dumbells in each hand however when i use the barbell I do 25 total:confused: and i find it tough....
