Kelly I think you've made a very good point about the calories and labels. I've read some research that shows the calorie count on the labels can be inaccurate by 20% and more. The numbers are at best an estimate. I also think that it's better not to get caught up in isolating the numbers...

Pam, I don't think you'd have a problem picking up the choreography on IMAX 2. It's cued in a different style than Step Moves and not all of the intervals are on the step so you get a break from it. Step Moves was a bit tricky to me and I'm very familiar with Cathe's choreo. Enjoy!
