I like to have some soreness too. Just this morning I touched my tricep and realized that they were sore - which gave me a big smile realizing that my first CLX Lean workout got my triceps sore. Now I am not a huge fan of the I cant walk at all soreness - but I do like to feel something...

I agree with you - wouldnt he have been more of a cad to not admit to his true feelings and kept it up for TV's sake??? He did what he had to do - this is real life people - and when the cameras go away and he cant have the same kind of conversations with someone - what else is he suppose to...

I knew I would probably fall asleep and had my TV on the sleep timer and it was recording on the DVR - but it was for more than an hour - so waking up RIGHT at the VERY end was SO dissappointing... Oh well... :)

I too was really sad for Karla. I think Casey just tried to steer Karla to do things she wasnt comfortable to do - but at the same time Karla shouldnt have let her do the meat that way - something she had never tried before. So Karla is really at fault for that. I really did enjoy watching...

I thought is was hillarious that when Gretchen was truly surprised by her new Harley - at the same time Vicki was going around showing her new watch that SHE bought herself and rolling her eyes at Gretchen... What a cad Vicki is. I do beleive there is probably a lot of jealousy of Gretchen...

So how much fun is it to be getting Cathe's twitters??!!! :) I had already had many Catheites on my FB - but now to see how many more there are on there is great! Now I just wish I had some road trips pictures of my own on there - maybe next year... So much more expensive when coming...
