    In the yard/garden all weekend. It does look beautiful now. My walking is just a little over 3mph. I need to walk more and then worry about faster. I have read an article that said how fast you walk at our age was a sign of how long you will live. Of couse the faster the better. Joan

    Good evening, Did Gym style back, shoulder and biceps yesterday. Should have been Monday but just didn't get it done. Also went to dentist-cleaning only and Elliot's preschool graduation. Today I bought flowers to plant but will need to weed first to be able to find where to dig.:p

    I have lost so much strength. I just finished Gym style chest and triceps. I couldn't do all the pushups and used lighter weights. I am almost too sore to type. I decided to do Gym style for a month rather than a rotation. I may use Butts and Gutts instead of gym lower body but we will see.
